Exclusive Nationwide Search till 12/4/2018 for Director, Talent (Strategy & Solutions) to head up the organizational development needs of large healthcare enterprise to enhance the performance, quality and motivation of staff; effectiveness of organizational development interventions and develop and conduct training programs.

Assist SVP, Talent & Organizational Development with Succession Planning and Management process leading to effective Development Planning
  • Perform group development and team building opportunities/training
  • Provide one on one and group performance coaching for management
  • Develop and implement appropriate interventions for performance improvement
  • Plan, organize, and schedule activities related to the organizational development programs
  • Based on a comprehensive needs assessment, create effective organizational structure, roles, and jobs
  • Administer performance management tools such as 360 instruments, competency models, and opinion/climate 
  • Assist in the evaluation/ effectiveness of organizational development programs and resolve identified issues or concerns
  • Assist in LMS (Learning Management System), eLearning and HR systems management, implementation and administration
  • Perform team needs analysis; make recommendations and lead the implementation as it relates to organizational development
  • Confer with appropriate management and staff to gain knowledge of work situations, processes, regulations, business initiatives and technologies
  • Use generally recognized instructional systems design methods to design, implement, and present classroom training, both standup instruction and on the job training
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development/Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.  
  • 7+ years of organizational development or training experience including management experience
